\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the Students Innovation Hub<\/strong> competitions, all students of the Technical University of Sofia, as well as pupils from TU-Sofia\u2019s affiliated schools, are eligible to participate. Participants may apply individually with a mentor or as part of a team consisting of several students\/pupils and a mentor. The mentor must be employed at TU-Sofia under a full-time employment contract.<\/p>

The project proposal is developed by the students\/pupils with the active support of the mentor and is submitted entirely electronically by the mentor\u00a0<\/strong> through the e-TUS system<\/strong>, with the submission being carried out by the mentor. The application form includes:
\u2022 a description of the innovative solution and a brief overview of the current state of the problem,
\u2022 planned activities and a timeline for implementation,
\u2022 the required equipment, materials and consumables,
\u2022 a detailed cost specification and justification for the requested funding,
\u2022 a plan for dissemination of the project results (e.g., participation in competitions, forums or conferences).<\/p>

Project proposals are evaluated by expert committees in two stages<\/strong>:<\/p>

  1. assessment of the submitted documents, and<\/p><\/li>

  2. an interview with the project team.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
